Every year, the American Public Health Association aims to highlight issues to help improve our nation’s health. During the first week of April, the organization promotes National Public Health Week as an initiative to learn about the causes of poor health and disease. Risk factors include a poor diet and lack of exercise. Awareness and education on these issues can more likely help Americans live a longer and higher quality life.
We firmly believe that this type of mentality should last year-round. So as this week comes to an end, we’ve rounded up fun events throughout the spring season to boost your health! Mark your calendars for some of our favorite events to benefit your mind, body and soul.
