Supporting Philly’s Animal Cops who risk their lives daily for our Animals

Pet Support Phasion Charity Affair held a dog fashion show last November, “Pet’s in the City” to raise awareness of the great work the Pennsylvania SPCA Human Law Enforcement Officers.  From the funds raised at this event Pet Support was able to purchase much needed bullet proof vests for the Humane Law Enforcement Officers.  Each vest costs
