Down the Shore 3: Zahav Zombie Luau ($75 – 6pm) Known as the “unofficial kick-off to Fourth of July festivities” eight local chefs will be cooking all-you-can-eat food while supplying all-you-can-drink beverages, live music, a photo booth, and zombie face painting.
Summer in the City party with Toy Soldiers, Levee Drivers, Lawsuits and Kalob Griffin Band at World Cafe Live
Roots Mural Arts Paint Day (At Independence Mall – FREE!) Mural fans of all ages are invited to help us paint a mural dedicated to Philadelphia’s hometown hip hop heroes, The Roots, at this fun, FREE event taking place during the Wawa Welcome America! festival. All supplies and instruction will be provided.
The Roots 4th of July Jam featuring Talib Kweli, Ground Up & Khemist at the TLA
Dedication to The Roots Festival: July 3rd Holiday Celebration Concert at World Cafe Live Hosted by Kuf Knotz. The show is a dedication show to hiphop bands & live music!
