Welcome back Philly! The holidays are in full swing and we’ve got some great winter wonderland activities for you! From local vendor markets in Dilworth Park, holiday happy hours, Christmas tree lightings, and of course, our amazing Philly sports teams, we have a little bit for everyone This Week in Philly!

Monday, November 27

  • Did you miss out on Small Business Saturday? Dilworth Park is holding their Made in Philadelphia Market, filled with local vendors. Shop for handmade jewelry, artwork, clothing, skin care, decorations, and more. The market lasts from 12 p.m. through 8 p.m. and you can find the list of all the vendors here
  • Watch the Sixers take on the Los Angeles Lakers tonight at the Wells Fargo Center! Tonight is a Spirit of 76 night, so grab tickets for a game with two iconic teams! Buy tickets here.  

Tuesday, November 28

  • The Northern Liberties Business Improvement District presents the Lighting of the Northern Liberties Tree! This family-friendly event lasts from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and includes live entertainment, complimentary hot cocoa and other food, as well as a visit from some Disney Princesses! There will also be a place to bring toy donations for Operation Santa. More information can be found here
  • Happy Giving Tuesday! In the spirit of the holidays, giving back to the community is something that is incredibly important to us. Philadelphia has countless local charities and nonprofits, so if you’re looking to give back this year, you can find a list of organizations to donate to here

Wednesday November 29

  • Dilworth Park is hosting their very own happy hour! Cocktails and Cold Ones will happen every Wednesday from 5 p.m. through 7 p.m. in the Rothman Orthopedics Cabin. Enjoy $7 Makers Mark cocktails, $6 wine, discounted food, and many more great deals! Find more information here
  • Today is national Throw Away Your Leftovers day! Mid week is the perfect time to clean out the fridge, so let’s toss all that leftover Thanksgiving food and get our fridge nice and organized. 

Thursday, November 30

  • Haven’t gotten your fix of Philly sports yet this week? Lucky for you, the Flyers are hosting the Devils tonight at 7 p.m.! Grab all the orange you can and head to the Wells Fargo Center to cheer on the Flyers. Purchase tickets here
  • Head to the City Hall Courtyard for a Thirsty Thursday Spirits Tasting! From 5 p.m. through 7 p.m., indulge in different unique cocktails, spirit samples, and amazing food. Grab your tickets here

Friday, December 1 

  • Get in the holiday spirit with the Eagles second edition of their “A Philly Special Christmas” album! All of the proceeds from this album go towards the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.   • No one does Christmas quite like Philly! A Very Philly Christmas is a concert series that features an amazing group of Broadway performers, an excellent conductor, Philadelphia choirs, and more. The shows are now open from 2 p.m. through 7:30 p.m. now through December 23. Grab tickets here

Sunday, December 3
