Welcome back Philly! December is in full swing and we’ve got lots of exciting events in store for you. From a holiday movie night at City Winery to a historical mystery show at Without a Cue, and from a Golden Girls inspired cooking class to Fishtown’s annual Freeze Festival. Monday, December 4

  • The Friends of Rittenhouse Square’s annual tree lighting is tonight! The holiday fun kicks off at 5:00 p.m. in Rittenhouse Square. Meet Santa, listen to live music, enjoy one of their signature holiday drinks, partake in giveaways, and of course see all of the beautiful lights in the park!   • City Winery is hosting a Holiday Movie Night! At 7:30 p.m. tonight the featured film will be Home Alone. Grab a delicious meal and head over to The Loft at City Winery for a free showing of this holiday classic. Find more information here.*

Tuesday, December 5 

  • Cozymeal is hosting a Golden Girls inspired cooking class! The menu features a Blanch inspired mocktail and a full course meal all based on the classic sitcom! The class begins at 6:00 p.m. and is a great way to add some fun into your weekday. Grab your tickets here!
  • Add some excitement into your Monday night with a Philly Rising Open Mic night at World Cafe Live! This event is free and begins at 6:00 p.m. with a full service bar and restaurant so you can enjoy a delicious meal while watching the show! Find more information here.

Wednesday, December 6

  • Stephen Sanchez is performing at Franklin Music Hall tonight! The show begins at 7:00 p.m. and you don’t want to miss out on hearing this 19-year-old  singer songwriter’s amazing voice. Buy your tickets here
  • Singer Brett Eldredge is performing tonight at The Met Philadelphia. Not only does he have some amazing country hits, but he is also known for covering the Christmas classics. His Glow Light Tour takes you through all of these Christmas hits and more. Get your tickets here

Thursday, December 7

Friday, December 8

Saturday, December 9

Sunday, December 10

  • Head to Xfinity! Live for a Holiday Drag Brunch hosted by Britney Lynn and her Drag Mafia. This brunch begins at 11 a.m. and includes a specialty menu featuring holiday cocktails and of course, an amazing drag performance. Get your tickets here!
