Founded in 2004 by the Berley Brothers, Franklin Fountain is an old-timey Philly spot for ice cream. They have bow-tie-wearing staff serving classic ice cream parlor/soda fountain treats! Located at 116 Market St., Old City, Philadelphia, Franklin Fountain is open every day from 11 a.m. to Midnight! They also have their Franklin Ice Cream Bar located at 112 Market Street and are open Monday – Friday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.!
