Good morning Philly! We hope you had a fun and safe St. Patrick’s Day. There are a lot of different events happening in Philly this week so check it out and see what’s for you!
Monday 3/20
- Golden Hour: Spring Equinox with Luna Maye is taking place on the Wet Deck at W Philadelphia. There will be a concert, healthy appetizers, cocktails, and more.
- Hispanic and Latinx Industry Night is going down at Condesa Philly. With tickets, you’ll receive complimentary small bites and a special one-night-only cocktail menu. Grab your tickets before it’s too late.
Tuesday 3/21
- The Cecil B. Moore Library is having an Explorers of the Deep: Marine Biology with 4H event. Bring the kiddos out to learn STEM skills and have fun with mysteries and adventures of the ocean.
- Grab the kiddos and head out to The Culinary Literacy Center because they’re having a delicious cooking class. Their From Puerto Rico to Philly: A Love Letter to the Plantain event will be led by Chef Amaryllis Rivera Nassar. Participants will learn how to make plantains and mofongo, which are traditional Puerto Rican foods. Register to get in on all the yummy action.
Wednesday 3/22
- On Wednesdays Front Street Cafe has an All-you-can-eat pasta event from 5-9. For $30 you’ll receive a kale caesar salad, focaccia bread, your choice of pasta, and more! Skip the hassle of making dinner and bring your family out for a delicious pasta dinner.
- The Deacon PHL is hosting Aajis and Her Tomato Lonsa – Cooking, Conversation, and Eating event. You’ll be given a complimentary craft cocktail, wine, or beer as you arrive. It’s anticipated to be a fun hands-on activity with comforting food and chit-chat.
Thursday 3/23
- A few spots are available for an Espresso and Latte Art Class with Vamo Coffee Co. They’ll teach the basics and fundamentals of espresso brewing, milk steaming, and more.
- Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation has come together with Topgolf for its first annual Topgolf challenge. Golfers of all skill levels are invited to join the tournament. There will be games, raffles, food, and more.
Friday 3/24
- Looking to try something new and fun? Made Institute is having a Jeantrix Art Class. You’ll be able to get creative and customize a pair of jeans. They have separate classes available for kids and adults.
- The Philadelphia Pop-Up Pancakes and Booze Underground Art Show is back! There will be over 75 local artists and over 500 pieces of art on display. Live music and DJs will be playing music throughout the event and of course, all-you-can-eat pancakes.
Saturday 3/25
- Get ready to dance and have fun, Young Friends are hosting a party called Art-ish. It will be a night of Philly art, food, and music. There will be live DJs, performances, and an open bar as well.
- Soca Wine Events is having a Chocolate, Cupcake, and Wine Tasting event. During the class, you’ll learn the basics of wine tasting, winemaking, and wine pairing with delicious sweets. You’ll also get to sample over 8 different wines and throughout the event, there will be a Live DJ playing all the hits.
Sunday 3/26
- In honor of women’s history month, Essen Bakery is having a Babkas for blankets event. When you donate $36 you’ll receive a delicious babka and a hand-sewn blanket. All proceeds go towards Finger Tips of Africa, come out to support a great cause and get a tasty treat!
- Philly Runners is having a Post-Love Run Half-Marathon and Lunch Celebration. Everyone is invited, runners, spectators, volunteers, and family!
