Fall Foliage Season is Here

Who doesn’t love the vibrant reds, yellows, and oranges of fall?! Grab your bestie, your flannel and take the scenic route discovering some of the best Fall foliage spots in Pennsylvania! Read through and save all the locations you want to check out this season!

Northern Zone:

  • Pine Creek George
    • Grand Canyon, but make it PA and a never ending stretch of dreamy fall colors. Almost 50 miles long and 1,450 feet deep, Pine Creek George features some of the most beautiful fall scenery you will see in the state. 
  • Allegheny National Forest
    • Take the scenic route with a stroll through the Allegheny Forest, offering multiple hundred acre hiking paths bringing you all of the fall serotonin you need.

Central Zone:

  • Rothrock State Forest
      • An upstate New York vibe right in the heart of Central PA, the surrounding areas of Rothrock State Forest give you all of the fall foliage in its most breathtaking form.
  • Presque Isle State Park
    • Right along the shores of Lake Erie, take a trip along this gorgeous 3,200 acre peninsula for a fall experience to remember.

Southern Zone:

  • Gettysburg National Military Park
      • All of our southern PA people, we have the perfect place for a full fall excursion. Make your way through Gettysburg National Park to see all of the autumn trees and colorful falling leaves.
  • Washington Crossing Historic Park 
    • Washington Crossing Historic Park has some of the most gorgeous Fall foliage in the state and also happens to be filled with historic moments, a walk through makes for the dreamiest background for your next insta pic. Who knew history could be so cute?!
