- Celebrate Halloween with DVILF, the LGBTQ community foundation, at their Our Night Out networking event above Broad Street on the Kimmel Center balcony. Costumes are encouraged!
- Join in the thrilling event, A Horrors Eve – a night of True Crime, at the Devil’s Den where true tales covering the world throughout history will be told. Presented by Sarah Cailean, there will be true stories of killers and obscure cases told and trivias with a chance to win a prize.

- Whether or not you’re a diehard Beatles fan, who wouldn’t want to miss Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles?! Don’t miss the tribute to the iconic group from the British Invasion that’ll have you dancing all night and might even turn you into a newborn Beatles fan!
- Hang with the dead and undead at Nightmare Before Tinsel for a frightful time! This trendy Halloween Pop-Up Bar of Tinsel will be open till October 31!
October 30
- Enough is enough. Support and stand with her, the victim of the recent sexual assault on SEPTA, in advocating safer public spaces and transits. The rally, organized by Pennsylvania National Organization for Women, will begin at 1 p.m. at City Hall under the steps of Dilworth Plaza and end at 69th St. Terminal Grand Hall.
- As Halloween Eve turns into Halloween day, celebrate the first hours of Halloween on the Spirit of Philadelphia’s 2021 Halloween Costume Cruise! With lots of dancing and a Live DJ, it’ll be a night to remember! Hurry and get your tickets in advance as there is a limited amount!
