It’s Wednesday, which means we’re featuring another amazing woman as part of our Woman Crush Wednesday series! This Wednesday we’re bringing it a little closer to home by featuring local New Jersey life coach and co-founder of G.A.L Talk, Nikki Craumer!
Nikki left her corporate job to pursue her dreams of finding more balance and advancing her career on her own terms. Being a mom of 2 young children, she knew it was important to do so and to also help make a difference in the lives of other women!
Nikki Craumer, along with her friend Karin Freeland, are the co-founders of G.A.L Talk, a group coaching program for women to put their focus back on their Goals, Ambitions, and Life itself! G.A.L Talk offers programs to help women break down their goals, provide tools and techniques to refine their priorities, while sharing their experiences, finding support, and shifting their mindset to truly create more purpose and meaning for themselves. The group coaching business is excited to start the next series on happiness called, YOUR Happy is Waiting, beginning next week. Along with G.A.L Talk, Nikki is also the founder of her own company, Iconik Market Group. Here she works on marketing and communications for her clients managing everything from research, development, planning and execution. . Nikki also runs her very own blog, MotheringMommy, where she writes about all things related to being a mother. With 2 children of her own, she sure has a lot of content to write about!

Now that’s something to celebrate! She exemplifies what it means to be a modern-day mom; she’s hardworking, dedicated, caring, and driven.
