It’s crazy to say, but we’re already in the middle of November! With so much going on #ThisWeekInPhilly, we’d like to provide a little reminder to stay safe as we prepare for the holiday season. With virtual networking events, socially distanced holiday events and special exhibits, there’s sure to be something for everyone in Philly!

Monday November 16
Tuesday November 17
  • Every Tuesday until December 29th, Elfreth’s Alley is holding Deck the Alley! The event will be virtual this year updates found in the link above.
  • IBA and Beacon Networking are teaming up for a LGBTQ+ networking event! This event runs from 5-6:30pm. It will consist of a 30 minute interactive presentation followed by a 60 minute networking session.
Wednesday November 18
  • Rosy’s Taco Bar is holding a Trivia Night at 8pm! They have themes from movies to animals to celebrities and more. The first place team wins $50! 
Thursday November 19
  • The Women of Walnut is having a Virtual Happy Hour at 6:00pm! Enjoy and prepare your favorite drink for this call! You can RSVP on their website here.
Friday November 20 
  • The Franklin Institute is holding a special exhibit- The Presidents by Madame Tussauds! Wed-Friday is from 10am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm. Tickets are $30 for adults and $26 for children 3-11. General Museum admission is included in the purchase as well.
  • The Magic Gardens is holding The Gardens After Dark! See the incredible outdoor exhibits featuring sparkly lights that glitter throughout the gardens. Tickets are $20 for adults, $13 for children, $17 for senior citizens/veterans and $10 for members. This event runs from 6:30pm-9:00pm.
Saturday November 21
  • Cooking Gems Studio is hosting an Apple Pie Baking Class. This class is from 11:30am-1:00pm on Zoom! Tickets are $30.00 and can be purchased here.
Sunday November 22
  • Visit the Winter Garden at Dilworth Park! It features beautiful seasonal plants and crafter reindeer. Wine from the Chaddsford Winery is offered as well for those 21+. The hours are from 9am-9pm and 11am-9pm for the winery! This event runs until February 28th!
