No place like Philadelphia to celebrate our nation’s birthday. Fourth of July is right around the corner and boy, does Philly have some celebrations for you! 


Monday, June 24
  • You like it? You want it? Arianna Grande got it and bringing it to town for her Sweetener Tour at The Wells Fargo Center.
  • Tonight, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, The Philadelphia Orchestra’s Music Director, will make his conducting debut at the Mann for an evening that is certainly not to be missed.     
Tuesday, June 25
  • An evening dedicated to celebrating the rich diversity among the science and arts community, Science After Hours hosts a special Pride Month celebration.
  • Bok Rooftop Yoga returns every 2nd and 4th Tuesday for a 60-minute class on the glorious rooftop. Classes always start at 6pm, and the event is rain or shine.
Wednesday, June 26
  • Enjoy drinks on the terrace at City Tap House University City to benefit the Walnut Street West Library! Live music and great brews from Victory Beer… Plus, bring a book to the book swap so you can “take a book, leave a book.”
  • Chicks, Crabs, and Chat! Ladies, get unlimited crabs at Tavern on Broad for only $45 per person. Come together to laugh, drink and have a good time over a fun seafood dinner.
Thursday, June 27
  • Sail down the Delaware River in style at Drink Philly’s Red, White, and Blue Boat Party! The event features a 3-hour open bar, featuring craft brews, wine, a signature cocktail, a dinner buffet, live DJ, and plenty of fun games. It’s all included with your ticket!
Friday, June 28
  • Jurassic Park or Philadelphia? Perks of Dinos After Dark at The Academy of Natural Sciences include pay-what-you-wish admission, family activities, and the Dino Drafts Beer Garden in Dinosaur Hall for adults.
  • Break out the leg warmers and off-the-shoulder tops, it’s time for a totally tubular tribute to some of the greatest music of the 80s. Come by Voltage Lounge and revive the spirit of this decade.
  • Terrarium Therapy brings you a fun and educational workshop, Beer and Bonsai at Victory Beer Hall. Attendees will plant and create their own bonsai display to enjoy the zen benefits for years to come.  Cheers to that!
  • Riot Nerd presents Shake It Off: Taylor & Friends Dance Party! Bring your squad to shake it to some sick beats spun by DJ Azn Jake.
Saturday, June 29
  • The third annual Philadelphia Taco Festival is taking over Xfinity Live! Get ready for an action-packed day filled with margaritas, live entertainment and tons of themed activities… and of course, a variety of delicious tacos and other indulgences!
  • Reading Terminal Market is hosting the LARGEST ice cream festival in America, The Philly Ice Cream Scoop! This delicious day brings together local, independent ice cream businesses with Reading Terminal Market merchants to celebrate everyone’s favorite summer treat.
  • Come play and take photos with some adorable pups in Photo Pop’s Sweet Paradise at Pups in the Pop Up! If you fall in love with one of the dogs in the pop up, take the chance to adopt it! A portion of proceeds from this event will be donated to the PSPCA.
  • Fireworks over the Delaware River? Enjoy the best view of the fireworks with a private viewing deck on the Moshulu with a cash bar, a live DJ, and more!
Sunday, June 30
  • Come to the Historic District of Philadelphia to enjoy festivities commemorating our country’s freedom, especially the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection! At this year’s Historic Philly Block Party, there will be a wide variety of entertainment, food trucks and pop-up performances!
  • See Huge Jackman perform hit songs from The Greatest Showman, Les Misérables, and more, accompanied by a live orchestra at the Wells Fargo Center.
  • Enjoy a Philly-centric night on the famous Art Museum steps, complete with a Rocky and Creed look-alike contest. The free screening of the iconic Rocky movie begins at 7pm. It will be followed up by entertainment from DJ Hollywood and trivia led by Bobby Mansure.
