Monday, May 14
  • Climb, crawl and zip around Fairmount Park this spring at Treetop Quest Philly. The aerial adventure park features rope courses for thrill-seekers of all ages.
  • Head to URBN Annex Black Box theater for Silent Disco Part Deux! Along with the cool tunes from 6-9 p.m., attendees can enjoy giveaways, free food and drink, and tons of fun.
Tuesday, May 15
  • Try your hand at block printing and learn the power of papers at History After Hours: Power of the Press at the Museum of the American Revolution. Enjoy happy hour in the Cross Keys cafe with featured drink specials.
  • Put on your platform shoes, and get ready to sing and dance your through Mamma Mia! The show begins its run of feel good fun and ABBA tunes at the Walnut Street Theater.
Wednesday, May 16
  • Philly Loves PAWS is back for a fourth year! Throughout the Philadelphia area, participating restaurants, shops, and more will donate a portion of sales in support of PAWS’ lifesaving efforts.
  • Get ready to set sail down with Delaware River at the Drink Philly Spring Fling Boat Party. Enjoy an open bar, dinner buffet, live music, and plenty of fun games and spring activities — all included with your ticket.
  • Hear eight storytellers share their tales at the 7th Annual Tell Me A Story. Each event is curated to showcase a range of experiences from a variety of backgrounds, to go along with the evening’s theme. This month’s theme is “Wonder.”
Thursday, May 17
  • Honor the life and legacy of the late George Bengal who fought against animal cruelty at “A Night for George.” Held at the Philadelphia Cricket Club, th event includes food, drinks, dancing, an auction, raffles and much more. All efforts are to raise money for the Pennsylvania SPCA.
  • Learn how to make delicious dumplings, both veggie and meat-filled, at Let’s Cultivate Food in Manayunk. Wine and other beverages will be served during this class or you can BYOB.
Friday, May 18
  • Brandi Carlile’s is bringing her tour to Philadelphia at the Kimmel Center. Her new album, By The Way, I Forgive You is full of folk rock and Americana song styles that deal with the challenges of forgiveness.
  • Join Alchemist Society and Serena Zelezny for What Am I Drinking?!, an exploration of spring wine. Celebrate the season with a complimentary tasting of wines that are perfect for sipping during this time of year.
Saturday, May 19
  • Celebrate the 143rd running of the Preakness Stakes and make a difference for the Multiple Sclerosis Society at Preakness at the Piazza.* Dress in your derby best to dance the night away and enjoy an open bar, great food, live music, and so much more!
  • Climb your way to a good cause at Big Climb Philly. This inspiring, one-of-a-kind event, lets participants test themselves as they climb all the way to the top of FMC Tower at Cira Centre South. Each step helps support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
  • Join the Philadelphia Eagles team at Lincoln Financial for the Eagles Autism Challenge. This event will feature a one-day bike ride and family-friendly 5K run/walk. 100% of participant-raised funds will go toward autism research and programs at beneficiary institutions.
  • The Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival is back! Businesses throughout Rittenhouse Square neighborhood set up shop alfresco to serve delicious bites and drinks. Dance in the streets to live performances as well.
Sunday, May 20
  • Celebrate at the oldest outdoor market in the country during this two-day extravaganza at the Italian Market Festival. Enjoy food from local artisan vendors, live entertainment and more. There’s something for the whole family!
  • Head over to Standard Tap for Lemon Brunch, a fundraiser for Alex’s Lemonade Stand. For each Alex’s Lemon Wheat Ale sold, Standard Tap will donate $1 towards the organization. Gift baskets will also be raffled off filled with tons of awesome swag.
  • The weekly podcast Lovett or Leave It will have a live taping at the Kimmel Center. The podcast breaks down the week’s news with a new panel of guests each week. Don’t miss this hilarious show.
