The ice cream is made on-premises using dairy from a Pennsylvania farm and toppings created in-house, from scratch, using fresh local ingredients. Franklin Fountain knows how to scoop and serve your ice cream to your delight! For first timers, try any of their milkshakes or a college ice (one scoop of ice cream, plus one topping of your choice).
