- Paines’ Park (Skatepark!) Opens with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony from 4-6pm – Food trucks, DJ Gregg Nyce, Pre Skaters, & More!
- Fountain Farmers’ Market Grand Re-Opening with live music by the Passyunk Pickers from 4:30-6:30pm.
- Family Movie Night at Xfinity Live presents The Incredibles. Games & avtivities begn at 5:30pm and the movie starts at 6pm. – FREE
- Country Night at Cavanaugh’s River Deck (9pm – 2am)
- Beyond Chianti – Interesting Italian Varietals Class at Pinot Boutique in Old City from 7pm – 8:30pm
Thursday, May 23rd
- Fashionably Late Party with DJ Royale at Ten Six Club from a late happy hour from 8pm – 10pm and complimentary cokctails from 11pm to 12am! (1709 Walnut St)
- Hidden City Festival Starts – Installations, Performances, Exhibits, talks & tours in hidden places all around Philadelphia. Ready, Set, Expore!
- City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program’s 2013 Wall Ball at Vie – Julius “Dr. J” Erving, NBA Hall of Famer and former 76er is honored. I have to say this was one of my favorite events of 2012!
Friday, May 24th – Happy Memorial Day Weekend!!!
- Friday Nite Backward BBQ at the Trestle Inn (5pm – 9pm) – This sounds like a blast!!!
- Amistad River and Deck Tours all weekend at the Independence Seaport Museum.
Saturday, May 25th
- 40th St Summer Series starts with Brooklyn Qawwali Party – 6pm (20th & Walnut)
- Haven Nightclub opens in AC and Ke$ha is hosting the opening weekend both Saturday & Sunday Night.
- Hidden City Festival Block Party at the Goldtex Building (12th & Wood) from 7pm – 11pm
