As many of you are out celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, Philly PR Girl had some work to do. Our team often meets at coffee shops or restaurants in the area to work and review them at the same time. The new cafe, Toast, located at 12th and Spruce is perfect for a cup of coffee. Their house blend is delicious! Today I decided it was time to try out their food menu.
The presentation of the food here is fabulous! The house special is Egg Toasts (their breakfast sandwiches) come with a side salad with fresh strawberries. Varieties include many enticing options that make it difficult to decide, including ham/egg/hollandaise and avocado/egg/roasted tomatoes with sprouts. I’ve also heard great reviews about the veggie chili/egg/avocado, but in the end I went with the truffled mushrooms/white cheddar cheese/eggs with chives – definitely a great decision!
I strongly recommend coming to Toast this spring and trying their Egg Toasts. It’s more than just Toast!
