Monday, January 14th

  • Quizzo with Johnny Goodtimes at North Star Bar from 7pm – 9pm.  
  • Movie Monday at the Trocadero presents: Total Recall

Tuesday, January 15th

  • Go see “Catch Me If You Can” at the Academy of Music until January 20th

Wednesday, January 16th

  • Singer John Legend delivers Penn’s Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. lecture. Legend will also be interviewed by a Penn professor.  Tickets are free and available at the Anneberg Center for the Performing Arts box office.  
  • Comedian Louis C.K. is at the Merriam Theater!  (Jan. 16 – Jan 18)
  • Paul Bunyon night at the Irish Pol!  This is such a fun & random event!  Click here for more info!

Thursday, January 17th

  • PAFA After Dark is back with the exhibition Activate.  There will also be a screening of The Female Gaze, a scavenger hunt, & cocktails.
  • Pairings on the Parkway at Milk and Honey Cafe at the new Sister Cities Park from 5pm – 7pm.  Bring a bottle of  your favorite wine and Milk and Honey will pair it with the matching cheese and other goodies.
  • The Ten Six Club – Grand Opening (10pm at 17th & Walnut) – $3 Beers, $4 Wine, $5 Cocktails

Friday, January 18th

  • Black Tie Tailgate 2013 – Philadelphia’s Premier Auto Show Event at The Convention Center.
  • Comedian Wyatt Cenac from The Daily Show is at the Trocadero
  • Brat Productions presents: The Diary of Lisa Q (At the Plays and Players Theater – 1714 Delancey Place)

Saturday, January 19th

  • Hair O’ The Dog at The Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Entertainment provided by: The World Famous DJ Enferno, Split Decision Band, along with Philly’s favorites DJ’S Eddie Tully, Perry Angelozzi, and Royale. The Official After Party will be held at G Lounge until 6 a.m.
  • Soundgarden at The Tower Theater
  • All Star Hip Hop Concert at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City with Salt-N-Pepa, DMX, Doug E. Fresh, Big Daddy Kane, & More!
  • Welcome back Flyers!  Go out and support your home team!  The Flyers take on the Penguins at home – game time pm.  Here’s the rest of the schedule.

Monday, January 1st – MLK Day & The 57th Presidential Inauguration

  • The National Constitution Center is free today!  There are fun activities and entertainment planned all day.  Also a live feed of the inauguration on TV throughout the Museum.
