Tuesday, November 29th

  • If you’re looking for an event to get you in the holiday spirit, head to Rittenhouse Square this Tuesday to listen to the Philly POPS Festival Brass perform at the Rittenhouse Square Holiday Lighting. It’s the perfect night to take in the beautiful sounds and sights of the season.
  • Head to Pinot Boutique to celebrate their 10th birthday which will feature samples of traditional or premium wines or ciders at the newly renovated wine bar. Pinot will also be giving out free gifts to guests as a thanks to celebrating, including a free wine glass.

 

Wednesday, November 30th

  • Check out the winter version of Center City Sips at Cocktails and Cold Ones in the Cabin in front of City Hall. There will be special winter themed drink and food specials in the Rothman Institute Orthopaedics Cabin.
  • Get ready for a night of laughter at the Philly Comedy Showcase. Several hosts, including Mike Rainey, Hannah Trav, and Tim Grill will be at Punch Line Philly to put on a great show for guests. Get free entry when you bring 2 canned goods to help benefit WMMR’s Campout For Hunger benefiting Philabundance.

 

Thursday, December 1st

  • It’s time to get lit at East Passyunk Avenue’s annual Tree Lighting Party. Join South Philly neighbors for a night filled with holiday activities. Sip on hot cocoa, listen to Christmas carolers, shop and enjoy holiday treats.
  • Celebrate the Grand Opening of Kendra Scott, a lovely jewelry boutique opening at Suburban Square in Ardmore this Thursday. There will be music, catering, surprises and 20% of all sales will go to the Junior League’s Apple a Day.

 

Friday, December 2nd

  • Come away with Norah Jones at the Academy of Music this Friday for a spectacular performance by one of the best female jazz singers of our time.
  • If you haven’t heard of the insanely funny Nikki Glaser, now is the time to! The host of the television series Not Safe will be in Philadelphia this weekend to share hilarious stories with you.

 

Saturday, December 3rd

  • Take a look at the Promenade of Trees to see beautiful, holiday-decorated trees lining Main St. in Manayunk put on display this Saturday outside of storefronts all month long. Celebrity judges and Welcome America representatives, and carolers will walk the streets and will decide which display is the best.
  • Bring your furry friends to the 4th annual Santa Paws event this Saturday in Manayunk to get your pup a picture with Santa and to enter your name to win dog-friendly raffles! All proceeds will be donated to the Red Paw Emergency Relief Team.
  • Get your tickets for The Positivity Charge: Wellness Day Retreat to take a journey to fuel better health and wellness initiatives. This day will help you charge up in areas of health, wellness, food, creativity and business.

 

Sunday, December 4th
