Spirits of ’76 Ghost Tour

Harry Potter Weekend in Chestnut Hill

All weekend long, Chestnut Hill neighborhood will magically transform into the places right off J.K. Rowling’s pages.  Visit the Leaky Cauldron, Madam Puddifoot’s Tea Shop, Weasley’s Wizarding Wheezes, Hogwarts Greenhouse and many more!  The complimentary Knight Bus trolley will help you navigate through all the events going on.  Don’t forget to watch the 3rd Annual Philadelphia Brotherly Love Quidditch Cup Tournament!

Halloween at Franklin Square

Philly Mini Golf will be a Halloween playground decorated with cobwebs, spooky lights, frightening fog and more. Pumpkin picking and decorating (October 13), Pumpkin Fest (October 20), the Trick-Or-Treat Trail (October 27) and train rides on the Lightning Bolt Express (October 6 and 27) make for a Halloween spectacular October at Franklin Square.

Nothing feels spookier than walking through a graveyard at night.  To get in the Halloween spirit you will wind through a maze of gravestones and sculptures scattered throughout the Victorian-era cemetery and meet some restless spirits along the way.

If you haven’t been to Eastern State Penitentiary, this year you have to make it your #1. Rated one of the top haunted houses in the country, the historic and abandoned prison is the backdrop for a high-tech performance that is unlike anything else.
