Monday night nineteen local Philadelphia women were honored as the “XIX Most Fashionable Women in Philadelphia.” The 2012 winners were selected by Nichole Miller Philadelphia owner Mary K. Dougherty who founded the event three years ago. Honorees are chosen not only for their impeccable fashion sensibility, but also for their long-standing community service. This event is a highlight of The Philadelphia Collection series. The series is designed to promote the city and all aspects of its fashion economy, including its impressive “collection” of retailers, boutiques, stylists, designers, and much more!
