Philadelphia turning into New York, what?!?

So you all know by now Bradley Cooper is in town….did you know Robert De Niro is too?!? They have been filming for acouple weeks now and word on the street is De Niro just got into town. They are literally changing Philly street signs to look like NYC street signs. They also are bringing in NYPD cars adn NYC taxi’s! It’s actually kinda funny.
