Client Overview

Tiny Room For Elephants is a network of creatives that fuses art and music with one goal: creating unique experiences for artists, brands, and consumers. Tiny Room for Elephants Festival is a living art “gallery” that incorporates styles and mediums of 35+ visual artists and over 20 musicians throughout 30 days. TRFE invites artists to paint and install collectively, in the same space over 10 days. The community is welcome to come witness the construction of the "gallery" and is encouraged to connect with local makers and see the creative process firsthand. After painting/installations are complete, TRFE celebrates the works over 3 days with live music, DJs, producers, panel discussions, and interactive elements.

Our Strategy

The collaboration between Tiny Room for Elephants (TRFE) and Philly PR Girl (PPRG) was a perfect match rooted in Philadelphia's vibrant and creative scene. Excited by TRFE’s festival and its commitment to artistic expression, PPRG embraced the opportunity to elevate its vision and mission. In early discussions, TRFE demonstrated a clear vision and ambitious goals, setting the stage for an enhanced experience. At PPRG, championing artists and creatives is at the core of our identity and we are always enthusiastic about spotlighting the dedication of those pursuing their passions. Our PR Strategy aimed to amplify media coverage and broaden the festival's audience, generating heightened anticipation among families, creatives, and music and art lovers. With over 60 artists, musicians, and creatives participating, the TRFE festival served as a dynamic “living art gallery” and we crafted a compelling press release to evoke a sense of FOMO, fear of missing out, among potential attendees.

Emphasizing the festival's mission, we curated a narrative that fostered a deep sense of connection and engagement with each artist and their work, highlighting the progress of each painting - a narrative we believed would resonate strongly with the media and audience. In addition to our efforts, PPRG provided support for the VIP event preceding the public unveiling; We offered assistance with check-in for over 1000 guests. We always want to ensure our commitment to the success and comprehensive support of our clients.

Key Media Wins

With an impressive reach of over 500,000 views and a publication-wide audience exceeding 200 MILLION, the Tiny Room for Elephants Festival achieved resounding success.
