Digital Media Coordinator
Location: Center City Philadelphia
Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Are you a creative, organized, and social media–obsessed professional ready to bring brands to life online? Philly PR Girl is looking for a talented Digital Media Coordinator to join our fast-paced, fun, and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital storytelling, design, and strategy — and who thrives in a team environment where creativity meets results.
Responsibilities
As part of our Digital Media Team, you’ll support and manage multiple client accounts and contribute to a wide range of digital marketing initiatives, including:
- Social media management across multiple platforms
- Content strategy, creation, and copywriting
- Graphic design for digital and print campaigns
- Website design and updates
- Photography and video production during client shoots
- Staying ahead of trends, especially on emerging platforms like TikTok
- Collaborating closely with our PR and events teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on social media management experience (agency experience a plus)
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to create engaging written and visual content
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Web design experience is a plus
- Passion for digital media and deep knowledge of current social media trends
- Must be comfortable working in person with occasional flexibility to work from home

PR Coordinator

Philly PR Girl is seeking a dynamic and media-savvy PR Coordinator to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone who knows the Philadelphia market, can craft compelling stories, and excels at building strong relationships with the media. If you’re a skilled writer who loves seeing your clients in the spotlight, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
As a PR Coordinator, you’ll manage client accounts and help execute impactful public relations strategies. Your day-to-day will include:

Writing and editing press releases, media alerts, and client communications

Developing media lists and pitching stories to local and regional outlets

Securing earned media coverage across TV, print, digital, and radio

Managing multiple client accounts and mentoring at least one team member

Supporting event planning, media attendance, and on-site coordination

Collaborating with the digital and events teams to ensure consistent messaging

Staying current on Philadelphia news, trends, and opportunities for clients
Requirements

Philly PR Girl is seeking Digital Media Assistant Interns! We’re looking for reliable, motivated, and creative individuals with a passion for social media, digital content, and storytelling. If you love creating content, analyzing trends, and helping brands grow their online presence, we want to hear from you!
Internship Responsibilities:

Support Digital Media Coordinators and PR Managers in executing client campaigns.

Assist with content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Help plan, schedule, and manage social media posts and campaigns.

Monitor social media engagement, track analytics, and compile performance reports.

Research trends, influencers, and digital opportunities to grow client audiences.

Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns, paid ads, and brand activations.
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college or university (internship is eligible for school credit) and able to come into the office 2-3 days a week

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
