Get Loud, Get Proud: Your Philly Pride Month Rundown

Last weekend kicked off Pride Month in Philadelphia: a Pride Promenade, an L.U.V. Awards ceremony, and a 600-foot flag march were just some of the festivities that made the weekend especially memorable. But Philly Pride is just getting started, with events celebrating love, identity, and community throughout the month of June. Here are some of our prideful must-sees and must-dos for the rest of the month. 


Pride Block Party

Party loud and proud this Saturday with Evil Genius Brewery! From noon to 7 p.m., the brewery will be hosting its Pride Block Party at The Lab. Guests can rock out to a live DJ, get their faces painted with colorful designs, or watch live drag performances. There will be LGBTQ+ owned vendors, food trucks, and much more. 

Drag Me Philly Tour

Talk pride in the city of brotherly love during a unique tour exploring the city’s history of drag and learning more about local artists. Beyond the Bell Tours is partnering with Drag Arts Oral History to host 90-minute walking tours each weekend during Pride Month. The tours will be paying special attention to the history of the Gayborhood. The tour begins at the Walnut Street Theater and concludes at Franky Bradley’s. Each tour includes an examination of oral interviews, LGBTQ pioneers, defining moments in drag, and a mural highlighting LGBTQ history. Tickets are $39 for adults and can be purchased here

Pride on Passyunk: Sip and Stroll

Sip and stroll down a prideful Passyunk Avenue this June! Hosted by the Spellbound Hair Studio, visitors can enjoy a day-long celebration of LGBTQ+ love and unity. The event features celebrations like drag performances, live painting, and burlesque dancers. Visitors can also enjoy discounted drinks, food, and crafted goods from local vendors. Big Wig Brunch: The Ultimate Drag Experience

Celebrate Pride by enjoying the Ultimate Drag Experience at Punch Line Philly! Every Saturday in June, the comedy club, restaurant, and bar will be hosting Big Wig Brunch with some of Philadelphia’s biggest names in drag. Come watch as your favorite drag queens perform their favorite songs through showstopping numbers. Doors to the Callback Bar open at 10:30 a.m., and guests must be 18+ with a valid ID. Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased here

Jazz Ensemble Concert

Celebrate Pride with some jazzy tunes provided by the Philadelphia Freedom Band. Join the band for their Jazz Ensemble Concert on June 14, 2025, with tunes ranging from Fly Me to the Moon to Amazing Grace. Merchandise, raffle tickets, and prize baskets will be sold with proceeds going towards the band. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased here

Philly Queer Slowdance

Join Philly Queer Slowdance for a cozy evening with slow songs all night long! With designated dancers to bring out the wallflowers and dance cards to set up dances in advance, the event is “a middle school dance (for the 21+ crowd), but in the cutest and best way.” Take a break from the pride intensity and slow-dance the night away!
