Monday, September 4 

  • The Mosholu on Colombus Boulevard is having The Kookout to celebrate Labor Day. Close out this Summer with family and friends from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.! You can expect burgers, hotdogs, cocktails, DJs, and more. For more information, click here.

Tuesday, September 5 

  • Yoga on The Banks is having a Community Outdoor Yoga Practice for All-Levels from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.! Make sure to bring your own mat and towel. Bringing water and sunscreen is highly suggested too! Get your tickets here
  • Disney’s The Lion King is on Broadway at the Academy of Music from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.! Tickets are going fast. Get yours here!       

Wednesday, September 6

  • Learn about Philadelphia’s rich history at the Happy Hour Historic Food Tour of Old City from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.! Click here for more details. 
  • The Reading Terminal Market Tour is from 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.! You can expect to explore the Market’s history, take in scents from the 80+ merchants’ food, and more! For more information, click here

Thursday, September 7 

  • The 2023 Philadelphia Fringe Festival starts today and is going on throughout the month until the 27th! This event is presented by FringeArts and is a city-wide celebration of innovation and creativity in contemporary performance. For more information, click here!    
  • Comedian Taylor Tomlinson is returning to the Kimmel Cultural Campus for her The Have It All Tour. You won’t want to miss out. The fun starts at 7 p.m.! Click here for more details. 

Friday, September 8  

  • Back for its third year, Latin America Thrives in Philadelphia, brings together dozens of Latino entrepreneurs, businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders for a free festival at the iconic LOVE Park. For more information, click here!

Saturday, September 9 

  • The  South Street Headhouse District and No Name POPS Show presents the Full Orchestra Send-Off! This event is FREE and family-friendly. All the fun is happening from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.! Click here for more details.*     
  • The Delaware River Festival is from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.! This festival offers a variety of activities. You can expect ferry rides, museum visits, pedal boats, face painting, and much more! For more information, click here!      

Sunday, September 10    

  • The Headhouse Farmers Market is every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.! Aside from the fresh produce, there is also a selection of locally prepared foods and artisanal goods such as soups, candles, ice cream, coffee, and wine! For more details, click here!*
