After a successful three days of tech career exploration at the Diversitech Summit, Shannon Morales, founder of Tribaja, announced at the closing ceremony that she is expanding Diversitech’s services. Tribaja is teaming up with Philly Startup Leaders on a new, diversity-in-tech focused event of programming entitled “Diversitech Fest .” Consisting of music, art, culture, and tech, this evolution of the Diversitech Summit will take place from Tuesday, May 10, 2022, through Thursday, May 12, 2022.
The first annual Diversitech Fest will include panel discussions, workshops, keynote speeches, fireside chats, networking opportunities, a Meet the Media Event, and the Philly Startup Leaders 2022 Entrepreneur Expo. Running in tandem with Philly Tech Week, this partnership aims to provide separate but complementary events to Technical.ly’s signature programming.

There are very few experiences designed to give professionals a taste of music, culture, tech, and entrepreneurship all in one place.” says Tribaja founder, Shannon Morales, “People are multi-faceted and we believe our events should be too.”
What first began as a half-day workshop evolved into a three-day conference, packed with career exploration and development opportunities in technology. Through partnering with Philly Startup Leaders, Diversitech Fest will provide its attendees with 3 days of music, art, culture, and of course, tech!
