We hope you had a merry and safe weekend and got everything on your gift list! As we start thinking about New Year’s resolutions, get ready for another fun week in the city! From NYE parties to getting a VIP of the Lincoln Financial Field, there’s much to do #ThisWeekInPhilly. As always, please be responsible while going out and stay home if you feel unwell. December 27

  • Have you seen the HiJinx NYE Festival lineup? Say buh-bye to 2021 with Alison Wonderland, Excision, Illenium, Louis the Child, and many more artists at the Pennsylvania Convention Center tonight.
  • Jam out with The Disco Biscuits at The Fillmore Philadelphia tonight at 8! 
December 31
  • Put 2021 behind you at the New Year’s Eve Party at NOTO. Join this ultimate bash and ring in the New Year with friends and family at this super-club. Don’t forget to celebrate safe and mask up! If you’re not feeling well, stay home.
January 1
  • Hello 2022! Start 2022 with a bang… literally. Celebrate the New Year and Visit Philadelphia New Year’s Day Fireworks Spectacular. Can’t make it? Stream is live on KYW Newsradio 1060 at 6 p.m..
  • The Mummers Parade is back! See all the mummers in their incomparable Mardi Gras costumes as they fill the longest street in Philly with fun and great entertainment!
January 2
  • Feeling lucky? Spend your night at River Casino Philadelphia and catch Abbamania + Night Fever live and hear the covers of the greatest hits.
  • If you haven’t tossed your Christmas tree yet, why not recycle it this year? Bring your tree to the Christmas Tree Recycling at Upsala House. Why recycle your tree? The recycled trees may be used for mulch in community parks, habitat creation, and much more resourceful actions. All you have to do is strip your tree of any decorations and bring it to the Upsala House (6430 Germantown Ave) between the hours of 12:30 and 3:30 p.m.
