The first week of November brings a plethora of activities, including art gallery events, food festivals, films to enjoy, and most importantly, Election Day! So much is going on #ThisWeekinPhilly, and we’re here with the top picks! If you attend any in-person events, please be sure to practice social distancing and wear your mask.   • Philadelphia Brewing Co. is holding a Happy Hour this Monday! $1 off all drafts! 
Tuesday November 3
  • It’s Election Day! Make sure to vote today! Find your polling place here!
Wednesday November 4
Thursday November 5 
  • The Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival starts today and goes until November 15th! All films are being streamed online and there are some LIVE events that you can find out more about here
  • NextFab is hosting a webinar titled “The Secret to Holiday Promotions and Small Business Saturday” at 1pm. Register for free here

Saturday November 7
  • HERspace is holding an art gallery from 6-9pm at the Philadelphia Art Gallery! This gallery showcases an array of women artists of all different artistic mediums! Live music and refreshments will be provided and the first 200 tickets will be free. 
  • To celebrate the launch of her bridal salon, Madelange Laroche is hosting a virtual open house for a special first look at the studio, which will be held on November 7th. The virtual ribbon cutting ceremony will kick off the event at 1 p.m! Tune into the livestream on the company Instagram page at @madelangelaro.  
Sunday November 8 
  • St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Church is holding a Pierogi Festival! There will be pierogies, live music, and a socially distanced beer garden! Admission is free and contactless pickup is also available. This event runs from 12-9pm on Saturday and 12-5pm Sunday.
