If you’re looking for the perfect holiday gifts this year, Porta Philadelphia is here to help with their Holiday Pop-Up Market. On Sunday, December 2 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Holiday Pop-Up will showcase a collection of local artists, makers, and boutiques.
These vendors are selling clothing, jewelry, bags, art, and more for the holiday season. It’s the perfect one-stop destination to find a gift for everyone on your list. This special event is a great opportunity to support Philadelphia’s artistic community while shopping for your friends and family. Obviously, you should also pick up treat for yourself! While you’re there, make sure to snap a few pics at Pop Up Polaroid, a one-of-a-kind, analog photo booth.
After you shop ‘til you drop, it’s time to for food and drinks! Per usual, brunch is available during this time. However, new tasty additions include $4 handheld specials. Choose from fritoles, chickpea fritters, belgian waffles, and Porta corn dogs. Stateside will be serving up drink specials, including bloody marys and salty dogs for $7. As always, mimosa carafes are available for just $10.
Local vendors will include: Alisa Wismer Design, BLUR., Coco Love Teas, Coco Kitty Beauty, Doomed Future, Inphltrate, One Funny Mother, Rhode Collective, Sculptlery Bones, Sole Active, Tesoro Design, The 50/50 Company, and Xenia Studio. The list is STILL growing! Additionally, get the chance to take home a piece of Porta. Pick up their jarred sauce, housemade mozzarella and ricotta, and dough. It’s everything you need to make the perfect DIY pizza in the comfort of your own home. While you’re shopping, enjoy DJ Craig Dash providing festive tunes.
The one-stop shop and sip event doesn’t stop there! This day is also a convenient opportunity to pick your Christmas tree! During this special event, take advantage of Porta’s “Pizza and a Porta Tree” promotion! They are offering two package deals. Each includes a Christmas tree, your choice of two signature pizzas, and a carafe of house wine or pitcher of beer.
