Local Philadelphia Shops Participating in Small Business Saturday

Tis’ the season for holiday shopping! As the holidays get closer and closer the gifts begin to pile up. This season, #ShopSmall. On November 24, American Express encourages holiday shoppers to support their local small businesses. Small Business Saturday is an annual holiday shopping tradition that celebrates our favorite local small businesses. Since its start in 2010, the campaign has made communities stronger, customers happier, and small businesses more successful.

There is something unique about small businesses that provide customers with a more personalized and enjoyable shopping experience. Whether it be the friendly owner, the welcoming staff, or the outstanding products and services, the city of Philadelphia thrives off these small businesses. When we support our local community we all thrive.

Philly PR Girl urges shoppers to visit their local boutiques, mom-and-pop shops, food trucks, etc this SBS. Because there are so many small businesses we took the time to list some of our favorites in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. We hope you make it a point to shop locally this holiday season.
