4th Annual DreamWalk Fashion Show Celebrates Body Confidence

Lexi and Alyse Scaffidi are on a mission to prove there’s no one-size-fits-all image of beauty in the fashion industry. The sisters are disrupting the scene by inspiring women and men to shatter beauty stereotypes and confidently strut their stuff at Dream Walk Fashion Show. On Sunday, November 4, 2018, witness the inspiring and extravagant production at 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia.

The story begins in 2014 when Lexi and Alyse started Bite Size Fitness. Their mission is to create a wellness community that celebrates strong, confident women who embrace their uniqueness and promote self-love. With hundreds of thousands of followers across social media and beyond, the sisters’ message has resonated throughout the world.

About DreamWalk

Taking the message of Bite Size Fitness to the next level, they put on the first Dream Walk Fashion Show in 2017. With no formal experience in fashion, Lexi, an accountant, and Alyse, a pharmacist, were inspired by their own experience watching the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. As teenagers, the sisters had always wanted to be models but soon realized they would sadly never meet the industry standards. So they set their own.

Unlike other fashion shows, this beautiful spectacle doesn’t focus on the designers. Instead, Dream Walk Fashion Show focuses on each participant creating their own costume to feel comfortable in. It is inclusive of all genders, shapes, sizes, ethnicities, ages, setbacks, and  sexualities. The Scaffidis reached out to people who had overcome hardships like bullying, eating disorders, and cancer to walk down the runway alongside them.
