We only have a few weeks left to wear flip flops and sundresses, so let’s make the most of it! Just like the weather in August, the concerts that are coming to our area this month are almost too hot to handle! Here are just some of the A-List artists you can see live in Philly this month:
Nicki Minaj with Meek Mill
You’ll be dancing all night to Nicki’s hits when the Pinkprint Tour stops at the Susquehanna Bank Center on August 6. Here’s hoping Nicki and Meek Mill can put all drama aside on stage!
Mad Decent Block Party
This annual concert will be coming back to Festival Pier on August 7. And with headliners such as Major Lazor, Dirty South Joe, and Giraffage, we can assure you that this is nothing like your neighborhood block party.
Billy Joel
The Piano Man will have a Philly State of Mind when he comes to Citizens Bank Park on August 13. Get ready to sing along to all your favorites, such as “Only The Good Die Young,” “The Longest Time,” and so many more!
Zac Brown Band
Country’s biggest band will also take the field at Citizens Bank Park on August 15, along with The Avett Brothers. We can’t help but wonder: will Zac keep on his legendary beanie even if it is 95 degrees outside?
Maroon 5 with Nick Jonas
Grab your sunscreen and take off your shoes! Adam Levine & Company will be performing on the Atlantic City Beach on August 16. Considering Maroon 5 will only be performing in concert twice in 2015, it’s definitely worth the trip!
Tim McGraw
Admit it: even if you’re not a country fan, you love Tim McGraw. The singer will be performing on August 29 at the Susquehanna Bank Center. Along with openers Billy Currington and Chase Bryant, we can guarantee that this concert will be “One of Those Nights!”
