Monday, October 13th

  •  Ghost Tour of Philadelphia: Who doesn’t love a ghost tour?! Enjoy the fall festivities by taking part in this mysterious and bone-chilling tour to see ghostly spirits, haunted houses, and forgotten burial grounds! The tour departs form Signers Garden at 7:30pm and continues until 11pm. Admission is $17 per person, and $10 for ages 4-12. For more information click here!
  • Chocolate: The Exhibition At The Academy Of Natural Sciences of Drexel University: Take the family to enjoy a different kind of exhibition; a chocolate one! More than just a treat, chocolate has played a vital role in history, and there is much to be learned! Tuesday, October 14th 

  • Eat, Drink and Succeed with Laura Schwartz: Participate in a free teleclass on networking successfully with Laura Schwartz! The conference begins at 1pm, and during it Laura will provide tips, tools and techniques that will motivate you to network to the best of your ability. Wednesday, October 15th

  • The Great Pumpkin Tap Takeover at Bainbridge Street Barrel house: The leaves are falling, and fall has finally arrived, which means its time to taste all of the festive beers! Starting at 7pm, come enjoy over 20 different pumpkin beers on tap! Be sure to bring money, because it’s a pay-as-you-go system. For more information, click here! 
  • Fifth Wall: Christina P. Day: For artist Christina P. Day, the fifth wall represents the physical divide between real and imagined. Her artwork practice considers spatial inversions of surface and place and includes various based types of sculptures and installations. It challenges the way you look at what you’ve been taught. Thursday, October 16th

  •  The Pennsylvania Conference for Women: It is the 11th annual Pennsylvania Conference for Women, and it will be one to remember! Being held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, and will begin at 7:30 am and continue until 5pm. More than 100 speakers will be presenting at the conference, including Diane Keaton, Robin Roberts, Jill Abramson and many more inspiring women. For more information on the conference, click here!
  • Cheers To You: A Celebration of Female Bosses: Gather together at 6:30pm for networking, drinks, and appetizers in a celebration of female bosses around Philadelphia! Friday, October 17th

  •  16th Annual Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine and Spirits: Join many others at the Valley Forge Casino Resort for delicious food, yummy wine, and tasting mixed drinks!   • Art After 5: Afropop Dance Party: Journey into the musical soul of Africa by enjoying an evening full of musical talents, all starting at 5pm, at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. DJ Rahsaan kicks off the evening spinning the latest Afropop music, including specific hits from Ghana. Saturday, October 18th

  • The Mud Ball: Come to World Café Live at 8pm, and dance for a great cause! The Mud Ball is a dance-a-thon benefiting The Clay Studio’s Education Programs, so be ready to dance the night away and support local education programs around you!   • 2nd Annual Beats From The Heart Fundraiser: Gather at McFadden’s at the Ballpark from 6-10pm to help raise money for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House, and the families they serve! Sunday, October 19th
