- “Rock the Block” a benefit for Rock to the Future – Rock to the Future is a 501(c)3 organization founded in 2010 that provides music education to Philadelphia’s underserved youth at no cost to them or their families. Using music, there programs ignite passion and creativity, support academic achievement, and improve self-esteem. They empower individuals and strengthen communities.
- 2014 Stephen Starr – Garry Maddox Barbecue Challenge at Citizen’s Bank Park – the thirteenth annual Barbecue Challenge is free and open to the public from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and offers something for everyone. Sample great food and don’t forget to vote for your favorite to win.
