Summer is just around the corner, and Philadelphia is never short of amazing adventures. One of those great excursions is Pinot Boutique’s new Sunset Wine Cruises. A first in the city of Philadelphia, the wine cruises sail on the Delaware River between the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman Bridges. Guests will be riding aboard a newly renovated 1920s mini commuter yacht named The Patriot.
Pinot Boutique owner, Dan “The Wine Man” Sokin, is excited to introduce his customers to a brand new setting to enjoy libations and get educated on their favorite pours! “People want to be on the water in the summertime, so we decided to combine our wine classes and tastings, usually held in-store in our Cellar, with Patriot Harbor Lines’ Sunset Cruises,” explains Soskin.
These events are brought to you by a partnership between Pinot Boutique and Patriot Harbor Lines. Ten trips are scheduled from May 24th through October 10th, including a special Independence Day cruise featuring Pinot Boutique’s popular “Wines of the American Revolution.” Other fun classes offered are “Bubblicious: The World of Sparkling Wines,” “Pairing Wine and Cheese,” and much more.
All cruises run from 7 to 9 p.m. and tickets vary from $45 to $75. Each voyage includes a one-hour wine class and tasting, followed by an hour of time to enjoy your company, the incomparable view, and a cash bar. So grab your sunglasses and a cute nautical outfit, and come aboard a Sunset Wine Cruise now!
