The 2016 Grammy’s went above and above our expectations when they aired on CBS Monday night! It was a night filled with incredible performances, fantastic tributes, and deserving awards. But just like we did for the Golden Globe Awards, we couldn’t help but once again choose our favorite looks from the fabulous red carpet from music’s biggest night!
Here are Philly PR Girl’s favorite red carpet fashion looks from the 2016 Grammy’s!
“I was really stuck between Taylor Swift’s Versace look and Kaley Cuoco’s Naeem Khan jumpsuit, but Taylor won me over. She always makes a statement on the red carpet and proves that she has an eye for color. The outfit is sexy but classic Taylor at the same time. Legs for days!” – Breanna Fars, PR Coordinator
“I thought her David Bowie inspired red carpet look was incredible! It was nice to see Gaga paying her respects to an artist who so clearly influenced her own career while also foreshadowing her amazing tribute performance!” – Catron Holland, Blog Contributor
“I literally gasped when I saw Carrie Underwood’s look for the first time, I will not lie. I don’t even have words for it because it’s all so perfect, classic, and sexy. The necklace, hair, and makeup complete the look. And her performance with Sam Hunt was just as amazing.” – Marissa Giletto, Marketing Coordinator
“I’m not a fan of country music, but Sam Hunt could surely make me think twice about that. It’s said that, ‘real men wear pink,’ and Sam surely proved he’s ALL MAN in his pink Dolce & Gabbana. My only complaint? What’s with the exposed ankle!? Rookie mistake, however I’ll let it go for now!” – Brandon Szeker, PR Manager
“Obsessed with Kaley Cuoco’s jumpsuit! The entire look is young, fresh, and fun from her tousled waves to just the right amount of jewelry and not to mention her killer bod! She looks absolutely gorgeous!” – Katherine Sarasohn, Blog Contributor
“Ellie can do NO wrong. Her performance with Andra Day was just as stunning as her silhouette in this blush pink Stella McCartney gown. Elegant but not overdressed, the blinged out back of her floor-length gown was perfectly accented by an enrusted necklace, studs, and rings. This outfit was a welcome preview to part two, in which Ellie slayed her duet in a glittery black ensemble that offered plenty of leg.” – Jess Herbine, Editor
“LOVED Brazilian model and actress, Alessandra Ambrosio’s black, chic and sexy Versace dress and Giuseppe Zanotti heels! From her fierce smoky eye and nude lip, to her eccentric jewelry on her left hand, Alessandra owned the red carpet in my eyes!” – Amanda White, Blog Contributor
“I’m going Philly! Philly singer, Philly designer! R&B singer Kriss Mency looks amazing in this yellow ensemble. The dress itself by designer Michael Thomas is so unique and gorgeous. Perfect for the Grammy’s and they’re representing Philly SO well!” – Kate Marlys, Owner
