First Friday Interview – Robin Cohen
Happy Women’s History Month! March is here, marking the return of our much-awaited First Friday Interview series! And for this special month,…
Before Philly PR Girl became a full-service PR, social media, and events agency, it started as a creative side project in 2010. Kate Marlys Rogers was always the person her friends turned to for the latest scoop: Where’s the new hot restaurant? What’s happening this weekend? Where should I go for my birthday? She was well connected, knew what was happening around the city, and loved sharing it. So, she created the Philly PR Girl blog just for fun, never imagining it would eventually grow into a full-blown agency serving clients throughout Philadelphia and across the country.
More than 14 years later, the blog is still at the heart of the Philly PR Girl brand. It’s a piece of where we came from and a connection to the community that has followed us from the beginning. Every Monday, This Week in Philly highlights events, experiences, restaurants, happenings, and things to do around the city we love. They aren’t always our clients and they don’t have to be. We simply love Philadelphia and believe in supporting, celebrating, and sharing the incredible things happening here. The agency may have grown, but the blog remains a core part of who we are and something that continues to mean a lot to our longtime readers.
