The Burpee Open – July 27
The 2024 Annual Burpee Open is July 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fordhook Farm. For just one day each year, Burpee Gardens is open to the public to get a behind-the-scenes look into the beauty of Burpee Gardens! Look forward to self-guided garden tours and a chance to chat with the Burpee Team and Penn State Master Gardeners to gain gardening knowledge! The Burpee Open will also have many fun activities for all ages, including Build Your Own Bouquet with Bucks County Flower Shop Collective, a scavenger hunt, and live music! Danny Rumph Classic – August 1 -5
The 19th Annual Danny Rumph Classic Basketball Tournament is happening August 1 through August 5 at the Community College of Philadelphia! This premier basketball tournament is held in honor of Danny Rumph, who tragically lost his life to a heart condition in 2005, to celebrate his passion for basketball and to bring awareness to sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). The Danny Rumph Classic brings together the entire Philly basketball community, from NBA stars to local talent, inspiring the next generation of Philly hoops. Best of Philly Soirée – August 7
Philadelphia magazine’s Best of Philly Soirée is August 7 at the Philadelphia Museum of Art!
