  • Science After Hours at the Franklin Institute will be a night to “party like a rockstar!” Join Chill Moody,* Philadelphia’s Music Ambassador, for special live entertainment. Don’t miss out on quizzo, presentations and so much more at this adults-only party.
  • In partnership with the Philadelphia Gay News, celebrate love for all at Skate. Pride. Love. at the Rothman Institute Ice Rink. The night of fun will begin at 6 p.m. and feature food and drink specials, plus live entertainment from Temple University’s LGBTQIA+ advocacy a cappella group, Pitch, Please.
  • Sweet tooths, rejoice because chocolate is actually good for you! Healthy Hot Chocolate at Independence LIVE! will be bringing in one of the world’s top chocolate enthusiasts to talk about its health benefits and demonstrate how to make the most delicious hot cocoa you’ve ever tasted!

Wednesday, January 24

  • The 5th annual Young Professionals Across Philadelphia (YPAP) will be taking place at Philadelphia Museum of Art, starting at 6 p.m. This networking event gives you the chance to meet young professionals and local organizations focused on “generating awareness, expanding membership and promoting collaboration to maximize impact across the region.”
  • Now through March 31, the Winter Warm Up Sale 2018 is happening at the National Constitution Center. Visitors will get the chance to experience the Center’s interactive main exhibit, theatrical performances and so much more!

Thursday, January 25

  • Coming-of-age years are brought to live in Dear Diary LOL. this performance will make you laugh, cry, and cringe as real-life tweens diaries from the early 2000s are acted out. Don’t miss the chance to feel nostalgic!
  • Center City District’s Winter Restaurant Week 2018 continues and has so many delicious items to offer. Check out all the offers online and don’t miss this tasty event.

Friday, January 26

  • The living dead hits the ice at Zombie Skate at the Rothman Institute Ice Rink. Skate alongside some spooky skaters from Eastern State Penitentiary’s Terror Behind the Walls.
  • Prizes will be given away to the best dressed zombie, and zombie-themed food specials will be added to the menu.
  • Philly Comedy Wrestling (PCW) will begin at 9 p.m. at the Philly Improv Theater. Hilarious commentary and live action wrestling will be sure to keep you entertained all night.

Saturday, January 27

  • Pincha Mayurasana Party begins at 2 p.m. at Amrita Yoga & Wellness. Taught by yoga guru Stacia Nero, this workshop focuses on taking you upside down by conditioning and stabilizing your muscles. Don’t miss the chance to sign up!  
  • The Philadelphia Auto Show continues this weekend at The Pennsylvania Convention Center. This event offers everything you need to know about new automobiles, plus test drives, and a live show from Philadelphia Magazine’s “Best Rapper” Chill Moody.

Sunday, January 28

  • TORC Yoga* Lab is offering a two hour workshop designed for all levels of yoga lovers from beginners to more experienced yogis. This fun environment will work all muscles and help you find your inner strength to soar!
  • Kimpton Hotel Monaco’s Resolution Rx 2018 is a fitness and wellness expo offering classes from local studios. All proceeds from this event benefit the local nonprofit Back On My Feet.
  • Curtis Symphony Orchestra with conductor Gilbert Varga will begin at 3 p.m. at Verizon Hall. This performance will combine elegance with electric style and will definitely be a night to remember.
