This award-winning Chinese dance drama by the Guandong Song & Dance Ensemble tells the story of the most iconic pieces on Cantonese music. Based in the 1930s, Dragon Boat Racing connects the challenges of the Japanese occupation and two lovers. Their passion for music is just as strong as it is for each other. Explore the origin of how one of the most famous Cantonese compositions came to be and how it became a musical that inspired a nation.
