Wednesday, July 19

  • PNC presents Live at Lunch. Enjoy live music by Brianna Cash at Dilworth Park. This series will showcase local music every Wednesday in July from 12 to 1:30 p.m.   
  • One of the biggest hip-hop artists is popping up in Philly! Kendrick Lamar is bringing a pop-up shop featuring exclusive merchandise in connection to his recent album, Damn. The rapper will be at Ubiq (1509 Walnut Street) between 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Following the pop-up shop, Lamar will perform his Damn Tour at the Wells Fargo Center.

Thursday, July 20

  • No summer night is complete without delicious food. Old City Eats is the summer-long dining series that showcases more than 25 local restaurants. Limited time deals include half priced appetizers and drink specials.
  • This month, Diva Richards hosts Karaoke Night at Yakitori Boy.* Taste Diva’s signature cocktail, sing your heart out, play spin-the-wheel, and win awesome prizes with proceeds going towards the Camden County Animal Shelter.
  • It’s opening day of The Oval on the Ben Franklin Parkway! Lawn spaces surrounding 24th and Parkway will transform into a pop-up outdoor escape for all ages. Explore art installations, local food trucks, games, and more.

Friday, July 21

  • Spend an evening with the family at Dilworth Park. Pictures in the Park is screening Beauty and the Beast (2017), powered by Live Nation.
  • The Philadelphia Phillies host the second annual Grateful Dead Tribute Night at Citizens Bank Park. Game highlights include great music and Phillies Grateful Dead t-shirts. Partial ticket sales benefit the Rex Foundation.  
  • Illuminated Fountain Performance: The Beatles at the Longwood Gardens celebrates the musical legacy from one of the most popular and influential groups. Witness water in all shapes, sizes, and colors. The performance will feature hit songs including: Help!, I Want to Hold Your Hand, All You Need is Love, and many more!
  • PHIT Comedy presents, “Shark Tank”: The Final Episode. A night of real (fake) judges, real (fake pitches), and real (fake) commercials. Local comedians have put together a hilarious show that is guaranteed to make you laugh until you cry.

Sunday, July 23

  • Get Up presents Gettin it in the Park at Penn Treaty Park in Fishtown. This community picnic is a free invitation to join Philly artists to create, collaborate, dance, and hang out. This Sunday Funday is from 1 – 8 p.m. with guest DJs, artists, food, games, and fun for the whole family.
  • At 7:30 p.m., WWE will take over the Wells Fargo Center. The battle is on this Sunday night.
