Monday, August 29th  

  • Head to Jamonera for their amazing Tomato Tapas Tasting. You’ll have the chance to try a mix of 10 of delicious tapas for only $40!
  • Grab a drink and come learn the basics of planting and caring for your very own succulent arrangement at the PHS South Street Beer Garden DIY Succulent Workshop.

 

Tuesday, August 30th

  • Head to Dog Days at Dilworth Park with SIPS-priced specials featuring $5 sangria, $4 wine, $3 beers – plus, snacks for you and your best friend. Stop by a booth to check out pet retailers, professional trainers or learn how to adopt a furry friend.
  • Flume is in Philadelphia this Wednesday at the Electric Factory. Get tickets while you still can!

 

Wednesday, August 31st  

  • Check out this week’s BYO film screening, Caddyshack, playing at the PFS Theatre at the Roxy. They’ll provide glassware and drinking games too. All you have to do is show up!
  • Meet up with PPRA at Center City Sips and mingle with fellow public relations professionals at Dilworth Park while enjoying discounted drink prices.

 

Thursday, September 1st

  • Join DVLF for this month’s OurNightOut-Philly event as they end summer with a splash at Monarch. Mingle with other people in the area while also enjoying drink specials, a DJ and pool access.
  • Visit the Mütter Museum for a one-night-only Summer Beer Garden with full museum access! You get to enjoy exclusive late night hours, drink specialty beers & sangrias in the Benjamin Rush Medicinal Garden.

 

Friday, September 2nd

  • Start off your Labor Day weekend with First Friday, an evening full of art exploration and art-inspired events at galleries and businesses in Old City, as well as Fishtown.
  • Swing by FDR Park for the Parks on Tap traveling beer garden featuring draft beer, snacks, and a free yoga class on Saturday. This weekend they’re extending their hours!
  • Don’t miss the 11th annual Belgian Beer Weekend, one of the biggest Belgian beer festivals in Philly and it takes place against the stunning mural backdrop of Brussels’ historic main square.

 

Saturday, September 3rd

  • Jay Z’s Made in America music festival presented by Budweiser is back in Philly for its fifth year. Rihanna and Coldplay are the headliners with amazing artists like Grimes, Desiigner and Edwards Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros will be playing on the Parkway.
  • This weekend, Chaddsford Winery is hosting their Labor Day Music Festival! There will be plenty of delicious wines and ciders for you to sample, not to mention amazing food and live, local music.
  • If you haven’t visited Blue Cross RiverRink SummerFest, this is your last weekend to go before it closes for the season! There is a huge outdoor roller rink, a boathouse-styled lodge, a mini-golf course, a play area for kids and tasty food and drink options.

 

Sunday, September 4th

  • Held every year since 1873, the Cannstatter Volksfest is a Labor Day Weekend tradition celebrated by generations of Philadelphians. Enjoy the notorious German and American beers and wines at one of the largest German festivals in the area.
  • Join SpinCo. for their final Pop Up & Spin Philly event, a movement arts gathering. This month, the event will take place in Rittenhouse Square, so bring your hula hoops and show off your skills.

Monday, September 5th 

  • Head to Lo Spiedo in the Navy Yard this Labor Day for their second annual Beer-B-Q! Buy tickets here for all you can eat BBQ, craft beer specials, lawn games and live music!
  • Monday is the last day to catch The Science Behind Pixar exhibit at the Franklin Institute. Don’t miss this opportunity to get an inside look on how your favorite Pixar characters were created!
  • Taproom on 19th is hosting a Labor Day Crab Fest and BBQ with amazing deals on blue claw crabs and great Maryland beers for $5 a pour!
