It is finally time for some Halloween fun! Philadelphia bars, clubs, venues, and other frightful hotspots are hosting some amazing events for you and your family and friends to attend this year, and Philly PR Girl wants to make sure you know about all of them! We have put together a list of the parties and themed events you just can’t miss. Get your costumes ready for days and days of Halloween fun!

Friday, October 24th

Hot Spots and Storied Plots: A perfect guided tour for first time visitors of Laurel Hill. Located at 3822 Ridge Avenue in Philadelphia, this First Friday tour will start at 10 a.m., covering legendary stories and beautifully designed tombstones and graves.

Halloween Hikes and Hayrides: Take a magical walk through festive woods, where you’ll meet friendly talking animals eager to share their nocturnal ways. Enjoy a hayride along a woodland road, a campfire, s’mores, and pumpkin painting. A family favorite at the Schuylkill Center!

Peter Sterling Halloween Ball 2014: This fun Halloween party at the DoubleTree will be presented by the hottest drag host in Philly, Brittany Lynn. Also featuring Philadelphia’s sexiest Burlesque show, Peek-a-boo Review, and Dj-Perry Angelozzi. Dress in your costume and get ready for some fun!

Saturday, October 25th

The Annual Pumpkin Fall Festival: Come enjoy a festive afternoon filled with circus performers, hayrides, pumpkin painting, live music, shopping at the bazaar and a few little surprises. There will be fun for the whole family in Historic Headhouse Square!

22nd Anniversary All Hallows’ Eve Ball: The theme to this year’s Young Friend’s annual gala fundraiser is “Mid- Autumn’s Night Dream.” Be creative, and dress to impress with your costume because prizes will be awarded for the best dressed there. Starting at 9 p.m., this Halloween event at the Brandywine River Museum of Art is one you can’t pass up!

Ghost Tour of the Haunted USS Olympia: Hop on board the frighteningly haunted Olympia battleship for a unique ghost tour of the creepy nooks and crannies on this historic gem. Hear all the haunting tales at this ship – the last of its kind – which is docked at Penn’s Landing.

Sunday, October 26th

* Grim Philly Twilight Tours: “Cemetery, Serial Killers; Blood & Beer”: From the burial ground to the bar! Eat, drink, and explore on this spooky but fun tour around Philadelphia. This and other themed tours depart weekend afternoons from now to November, and tickets include a complimentary beverage.

Tuesday, October 28th

* The Bronzed Bee Witches Night Out: Perfect for busy moms looking to get pampered around the holiday, The Bronzed Bee will be offering complimentary waxings and B Wilson of Just B Beautiful will give all attendants a gorgeous smoky eye look to try at home. Light food and cocktails will also be served.

Thursday, October 30th

The Official Fireball Whisky Halloween Bash: Kick off the most epic Halloween weekend at Ladder 15 with Fireball Whisky, Philly2Night and UpcomingEvents.com. The party includes spooky specials, frightful Fireball shots and drinks and music by DJ Styx all night.

Mischief Night at Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House: Join Doc Magrogans and get ready for a fun-filled night with major drink specials, open bar options and costume contests. Different ticket packages are available, so be sure to grab yours soon and enjoy the fun!

Malibu Halloween Party: You are invited to a private Halloween party for you and four of your invited guests at Kings Oak in the Piazza. Enjoy complimentary cocktails, light food, and plenty of spooky fun courtesy of Malibu Black and Malibu island Spiced.

Friday, October 31st

*Halloween Extravaganza Plus Wine!: Stop by Pinot Boutique dressed in your costume, and enjoy some seasonal wine tasting! $5 will get you 5 tickets, each redeemable for a pour of one of their fine local wines. Prizes will be given out for overall best costume, scariest costume, sexiest costume, best impersonation costume, and of course, best wine-related costume! Pirate and Princess Halloween Cruise: All aboard the Ben Franklin Yacht for a two-hour harbor cruise full of spooky fun and playing dress up! Bring your kids decked out in their Halloween costumes and prepare for music, games, tricks, and lots of treats.

Howl-O-Ween: Howl at the Moon is offering drink specials like $5 Angry Orchards and $6 Angry Balls all night! For a rockin’ Halloween filled with singing and dancing, this is where you’ll want to be. Don’t forget the costume contest with a $500 in cash and prizes.

8th Annual Heaven & Hell Halloween Party: A big celebration is in store for anyone who attends this party at Lucky Strikes Bowling! A multi-floor party with DJ’s playing from 8 p.m. until 2 p.m., with plenty of cash prizes and vacation giveaways! Tickets include bar snacks and your first drink free.

Freak Show: A Philadelphia Horror Story at Union Trust: Come party and enjoy a three-hour open bar as the DJs spin your favorite dance hits in an amazingly haunted bank venue! Tickets include a costume contest, with cash prizes and amazing music lined up for your entertainment all night.

Manayunk Masquerade Halloween Party: Find a mask and hop over to Bourbon Blue for their first Masquerade ball! Tickets include a light food buffet, “passport access” to Mad River Manayunk and Kildare’s Manayunk, DJ entertainment, a costume contest with cash prizes and more.

Walk the Dead Carpet: Dress as your favorite dead celebrity and head over to Paddy Whacks on South Street for this fun Halloween event! Tickets include a light food buffet, costume contest, music and dancing for a night on South Street.

Wicked: 6 Evil parties Under One Roof: Make your way through six amazing venues at XFINITY Live! Grab all your friends for this amazing Halloween experience. Ticket packages include a three-hour open bar, VIP reserved seating, VIP bottle service, live music, and a costume contest!

Night of the Philly Dead: Brews and Brains: International House Philadelphia and Brew Crew Events have joined forces for this black tie event with a deadly twist. There will be undead makeup artistry by Nickie Renee and a team on hand, by appointment, to zombify you and your friends. All costumes are encouraged, but be ready to dance the night away no matter what!

Nightmare Under 95 at Flat Iron: All the stops are being pulled out for this Halloween bash, including $3 Fireball shots all night! DJ Lil Louie C will be the mix master and host, while multiple costume contests offer guests the opportunity to show off their look.

Saturday, November 1st

Dracula’s Graveyard: Join Kings Oak in the Piazza as they transform their venue into a graveyard! With multiple bars and a beer garden, this night is packed full of fun. The event is free, but you must get your tickets in advance. Admission includes a light buffet, costume contest, and dancing, with sets by multiple DJs.

A Nightmare on Broad Street: You and all of your friends are invited to Philadelphia’s sexiest Halloween event of the year at XFINITY Live! Come listen to “the world’s sexiest DJ”, Playboy Playmate Centerfold Colleen Shannon, all night long. Be sure to plan your costume, because there will be over $10,000 in cash and prizes as giveaways.

9th Annual Vampires & Vixens Halloween Party: Be prepared for another blow-out costume extravaganza, complete with sexy dancers, amazing DJs, and tons of fun! Your tickets include 9-hours of party fun (until 6 a.m.), a Philly Soft Pretzel buffet, costume contest, and special DJ guests!
