Philadelphia has always been known for their (overly) enthusiastic sports fans, which can include some interesting fashion as well. We recently cheered on the Phillies and documented some of the best outfits of the game while we were there. While denim and t-shirts were a popular choice, there were definitely a few examples of Phillies pride that caught our eye.
Unsurprisingly, children took the win in best outfits this summer. A young girl rocked a gray sparkly skirt, with a pink Phils shirt and matching pink flip-flops to complete the look. A young boy could have been passed as a young Phillies professional himself, rocking a jersey, cargo shorts and a baseball glove, prepared for anything to come his way.
The biggest surprise of all was the one and only Santa Claus. Mr. Claus not only wore his Santa hat but a customized “SANTADEN” jersey as well. Who knew he was a Phillies fan?!
While wearing a Phillies tee and shorts may be the easiest outfit to throw on, it’s easy to stand out by accessorizing. Amanda chose a red bandana, red sunglasses and a bold red lip to spice up her look. What better way to commemorate a wedding than by attending a Phillies game? These ladies supported their team with custom handmade t-shirts.
This summer, don’t just go for the easy route to a sporting event. Stand out and leave your mark in the stadium. Go Phillies!
