Last week I attended the send off party for Miss PA USA, Jessica Billings. Jessica is off to Las Vegas where she will compete for the Miss USA title on June 16th. The intimate event was in the back room of Valanni’s, and guest mingled, met Jessica, and wished her luck. Besides being stunningly beautiful, it doesn’t hurt her chances that Jessica is such a sweetheart! You just can’t help but root for her!
Jessica, who resides in Philadelphia, is a flight attendant for Delta Airlines, manages Public and Community Relations for The Worton Group, and is a print and runway model. Here are some shots of the event from the one and only Al B. For Photography! (To see more click here.)
