The Association for Public Art (formerly the Fairmount Park Art Association) has announced that Philadelphia will premiere a public art exhibit called “Open Air” this Fall. (Opening TONIGHT September 20th!)
Open Air is by artist Rafael Lozano and will be a part of the 2012 Philadelphia Live Arts & Philly Fringe Festival as well as the Design Philadelphia Festival. The lights will be seen up to 10 miles away from the Parkway every night from 8pm – 11pm from September 20th to October 14th.
